Towards the promotion of a virtuous circle of Sustainable Finance in the EU. Will Europe drive the global agenda setting?

Abstract

While we are conscious of the current difficulties in prudently managing the climate and environmental risks, we believe that we must continue working hard together, to overcome these obstacles. Europe must keep its leadership in sustainable finance and be a major player in the fight against climate change, for which it is vital to adequately and timely progressing in the actions foreseen in the EU Plan and Strategy on sustainable finance.
