Opening remarks by Banco de España´s Deputy Governor, Margarita Delgado, on the second day of the Conference on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Economics, Finance, and Central Banking. This section of the conference is a Human Resources Summit that will focus on how to mitigate barriers in talent acquisition and promotion, the institutional aspects that affect diversity and how IA could foster or not more inclusive practices and policies.
