Minutes of the Contributions Collection Service

Under the agreement signed with the Ministry of Finance on 19 December 1867, the Banco de España was entrusted with the service of collecting direct contributions from 1 July 1868 in all provinces and towns whose service was vacant or not contracted with the Treasury. From May 1876 until March 1890 the Bank kept separate books for the minutes of the special sessions dedicated to the collection of contributions.
