Memoria de Reclamaciones


The Annual Claims Report provides a statistical analysis of the proceedings processed, indicating, amongst other issues, the areas in which claims and complaints were lodged, as well as the affected entities. It also indicates the transparency regulations and the best practice criteria applied in the resolutions issued during the corresponding year.

The predecessor to this publication was first issued in 1987, entitled Claims Service Report. In 2013 its name was changed to Claims Report. Quarterly reports were also published from 2006 to 2008, detailing the activity carried out during their respective periods. In this section you can consult reports published since 1999. Reports from previous years are available in the Banco de España Library.
